The Barner Group (TBG) is a fee-based economic and community development consulting firm, headquartered in Graniteville, South Carolina specializing in developing “strategic alternatives” to public/private financing for affordable housing and economic projects. The founder and president, Reginal Barner, has over 20 years of experience, with 15 years as CEO of Aiken Housing Authority, managing and developing public affordable housing using federal and non-federal resources to provide an array of housing options for low to moderate income families.

bcexpo "TBG Educational Associates, a division of The Barner Group, LLC, invites you to join us at the annual Black College Expo on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta! The expo features colleges and universities, seminars, scholarship presentations, KFC Step Show and Dance Competition and much more!
This event is open to all CSRA high school students. Juniors and seniors are strongly encouraged to attend. All seniors who attend are eligible to compete for scholarships."
